Albatross Golf – Refund and Return Policy

At Albatross Golf, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, this Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items that meet the following conditions:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
• The original tags and packaging are intact.
• The return request is made within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping
• Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (original or return shipping) are non-refundable except in cases of error or defect.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@albatross-golf.co.uk with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page when applicable.
